這並不是一把普通的白一鋼出刃。這把出刃的結構是本三枚合!(不鏽鋼/白一鋼/不鏽鋼)。正面及裏押約九成位置被不鏽鋼保護着，明顯減輕了傳統碳鋼出刃會大面積生鏽的問題。(裏押面也能清楚看到夾鋼線)
高純度的白一鋼為這把出刃帶來絕佳的鋒利感。熱處理至HRC65後，耐久度也大大提升了。
This is not the deba you see everyday. This is a HONSANMAI structured Deba. Around 90% of the knife is covered by stainless steel, making a lot easier to maintain than traditional carbon steel deba. (That´s why you can see a cladding line on the back side as well)
Shirogami 1 steel gives one of the sharpest edge. Also it is hardened to a very high HRC65 for maximum edge retention.
